INGREDIENTS
- Burrata
- Cherry tomatoes
- Baguette
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Lime
- Coarse sea salt
- Chili
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the cherry tomatoes small pieces
- Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add a pinch of coarse sea salt, chili, pepper, oregano and some lime juice
- Cut the baguette into thin slices and put it on a baking sheet. Drizzle some olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown in an oven at 200°C
- Add olive oil and fresh basil to the tomatoes. Taste and add more salt if needed
- Put the burrata in a bowl and tear it apart with two forks. This will results in a creamier consistency
- Drizzle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar on top of the burrata
