Burrata & tomato salsa bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

  • Burrata
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Baguette
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lime
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Chili 
  • Salt & pepper


RECIPE

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes small pieces
  • Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add a pinch of coarse sea salt, chili, pepper, oregano and some lime juice
  • Cut the baguette into thin slices and put it on a baking sheet. Drizzle some olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown in an oven at 200°C
  • Add olive oil and fresh basil to the tomatoes. Taste and add more salt if needed
  • Put the burrata in a bowl and tear it apart with two forks. This will results in a creamier consistency
  • Drizzle some olive oil, balsamic vinegar on top of the burrata
