- Minced meat
- Broccoli
- White rice
- Cherry tomatoes
- Oregano
- Shallot

- Salt & pepper

RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put cherry tomatoes in a baking tray with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook them in the oven for 15-20 min
- Bring some water to a boil and cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging
- In another pot, cook the broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain it
- In a pan. Cook a chopped shallot in olive oil. Add the minced meat and cook on high heat. Season with oregano, salt and pepper
- Add the rice, tomatoes and broccoli to the pan and stir. Season with more salt & pepper if needed
- Add some fresh basil
