Brasvar vitello

INGREDIENTS

  • Roasted brasvar pork slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Radish
  • Arugula
  • Canned tuna
  • Capers
  • Anchovy 
  • Lemon
  • Sunflower oil
  • Egg 
  • Mustard
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Make a mayonaise. Start with mixing 1 egg, lemon juice, mustard and pepper with a stand mixer. A tall container is ideal for this. Gradually add sunflower oil and keep mixing until you get the right consistency. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Put this in the fridge
  • In another container start mixing a can of tuna with 1 piece of anchovy and a tablespoon of capres. Add the mayonaise and some lime juice. Keep mixing and taste, add salt & pepper if needed
  • Clean and cut the tomatoes and radishes
  • Lay the slices of roasted Brasvar pork on a plate. Top this off with some arugula, tomatoes, radishes and some capers. Put the tonnato sauce on top as well
