INGREDIENTS
- Roasted brasvar pork slices
- Cherry tomatoes
- Radish
- Arugula
- Canned tuna
- Capers
- Anchovy
- Lemon
- Sunflower oil
- Egg
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Make a mayonaise. Start with mixing 1 egg, lemon juice, mustard and pepper with a stand mixer. A tall container is ideal for this. Gradually add sunflower oil and keep mixing until you get the right consistency. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Put this in the fridge
- In another container start mixing a can of tuna with 1 piece of anchovy and a tablespoon of capres. Add the mayonaise and some lime juice. Keep mixing and taste, add salt & pepper if needed
- Clean and cut the tomatoes and radishes
- Lay the slices of roasted Brasvar pork on a plate. Top this off with some arugula, tomatoes, radishes and some capers. Put the tonnato sauce on top as well
