Brasvar glazed pork belly

INGREDIENTS
- Brasvar pork belly slices
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Ginger
- Chilli flakes
- Sesame oil
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Rice
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- Lime
- Salt
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Marinate the pork belly slices for 1-2h in a soy sauce, honey, grated ginger and sesame oil mixture. Add some chilli flakes for some spice
- Cook the rice in boiling water and drain it. Stir in some chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, lime zest and sesame oil
- Cook the pork belly in a hot pan with olive oil. Add some of the leftover marinade back to the pan at the end and let this simmer for 3-5min
- Cut the shiitake mushrooms and cook them in a pan with olive oil
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
