Bell pepper & halloumi taco's

INGREDIENTS
  • Soft shell tacos
  • Sour cream
  • Halloumi cheese
  • Red, yellow and green bell pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Taco spices
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut the red onion, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.
  • Cook the bell pepper a pan with olive oil on medium-low heat. Stir regularly and add taco spices. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed
  • Cut the halloumi cheese
  • Mix the sour cream with some lime juice, salt and pepper
  • When the veggies are cooked take them from the pan and set them aside
  • Cook the halloumi in the same pan as the veggies. Cook on medium-high heat until browned on both sides
  • Heat up the soft shell tacos
  • Fill the tacos and serve with some cilantro and lime juice
