Bell pepper & halloumi taco's

INGREDIENTS
- Soft shell tacos
- Sour cream
- Halloumi cheese
- Red, yellow and green bell pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Taco spices
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the red onion, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.
- Cook the bell pepper a pan with olive oil on medium-low heat. Stir regularly and add taco spices. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed
- Cut the halloumi cheese
- Mix the sour cream with some lime juice, salt and pepper
- When the veggies are cooked take them from the pan and set them aside
- Cook the halloumi in the same pan as the veggies. Cook on medium-high heat until browned on both sides
- Heat up the soft shell tacos
- Fill the tacos and serve with some cilantro and lime juice
