INGREDIENTS
- Ravioli
- Milk
- Butter
- Flour
- Gruyere cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pecorino cheese (optional)
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Make a bechamel sauce. Start by melting a chunk of butter in a pot. Melt until bubbly. Add about a tablespoon of flour and whisk well
- Lower the heat and add milk. Stir until combined and let this simmer on medium heat. Stir regularly until the sauce starts to thicken
- Add grated gruyere cheese, grated parmesan and grated pecorino cheese to the sauce. Taste and season with salt & pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Start by putting a layer of sauce in your oven dish. Stack the ravioli on top and add more sauce
- Top this all of with an extra layer of cheese and bake it in the oven for at least 20 min
- Add flat parsley as a finishing touch
