- Spaghetti
- Cream
- Bacon
- Mushrooms
- Shallot
- Vegetable stock cube
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley
RECIPE
- Cut the shallot & mushrooms. Cook both in the pan with olive oil. Add salt & pepper and the bacon
- Add cream once the bacon has browned a little. Let this simmer until the cream thickens
- Taste and add a piece of vegetable stock cube if needed
- Cook the pasta and preserve a cup of pasta water
- Add the pasta to the the sauce along with some pasta water. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked an the sauce sticks to it
- Serve with some parsley and parmesan cheese
