Bacon & chicory meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • Minced meat
  • Cream
  • Chicory
  • Bacon
  • Shallot
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

RECIPE

  • Mix the minced meat with some diced onion, salt and pepper to taste. Roll it into small meatballs
  • Melt some butter in a pan. Put the meatballs and the bacon in the pan and cook until browned
  • Cut the chicory and add it to the pan (the smaller the pieces the quicker everything will be ready). Add it to the pan and let this brown a little bit as well
  • Add cream to the pan, met this simmer on medium meat and season with salt and pepper
