Asparagus w/ egg & Ganda ham

INGREDIENTS
- Green asparagus
- Egg
- Brugse ham
- Butter
- Parsley
- Chives

Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cook the egg for 8-9 minutes in boiling water. Take the eggs out af the hot water and submerge them into cold water
- Blanche the asparagus in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain them
- Melt some butter in a pan and cook the asparagus on all sides
- Mash the egg with a fork. Add salt, pepper and chopped chives and parsley
- Place everything on a plate and top it of with some melted butter and pieces of Brugse ham
