Asparagus w/ egg & Ganda ham

INGREDIENTS
  • Green asparagus
  • Egg
  • Brugse ham
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cook the egg for 8-9 minutes in boiling water. Take the eggs out af the hot water and submerge them into cold water
  • Blanche the asparagus in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain them
  • Melt some butter in a pan and cook the asparagus on all sides
  • Mash the egg with a fork. Add salt, pepper and chopped chives and parsley
  • Place everything on a plate and top it of with some melted butter and pieces of Brugse ham
