- Salmon filet
- Avocado
- Leek sprouts
- Lime
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Ginger
- Spring onion
- Cilantro
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the salmon into very small cubes and set this aside in the fridge
- Make a mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce and lime juice. Add grated ginger, chili flakes, chopped spring onion, cilantro and sesame seeds
- Add this to the salmon and mix it. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed
- Mix the avocado with a stand mixer. Add lime juice, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Taste this and season it some more if needed.
- Put this in small glasses or bowls. First a layer of avocado cream, then some salmon and top it of with some leek sprouts
