- Minced meat
- Red onion
- Red bell pepper

- Red cabbage

- Soy sauce

RECIPE
- Cut the red onion into small pieces. Cook it in a pan with olive oil, add the minced meat and cook this until browned. Add soy sauce, sesame oil salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Let them cool
- Cut the red cabbage, red bell pepper, cucumber, mint and cilantro. Toss this together with the minced meat and the noodles
- Make a dressing using fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, grated ginger, chili and some water. Toss with the noodle salad
