Asian inspired tuna tartare

INGREDIENTS
- Tuna
- Avocado
- Spring onions
- Cilantro
- Rice vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Lime
- Ginger
- Chilli flakes
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

RECIPE
- Cut the tuna into small blocks. Keep it in the fridge to cool
- Cut an avocado into cubes. Add lime juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chilli flakes, sesame seeds
- Add the tuna to the avocado. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed
- Chop some cilantro and spring onions and use it to top off the dish
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
