Asian inspired tuna tartare

INGREDIENTS
  • Tuna
  • Avocado
  • Spring onions
  • Cilantro
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Lime
  • Ginger
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut the tuna into small blocks. Keep it in the fridge to cool
  • Cut an avocado into cubes. Add lime juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chilli flakes, sesame seeds
  • Add the tuna to the avocado. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed
  • Chop some cilantro and spring onions and use it to top off the dish
