Ganda ham grand cru bruschetta
INGREDIENTS
- Ciabatta bread
- Brie
- Pear
- Ganda ham grand cru slices
- Butter
- Cut the bread into slices. Put it in the oven at 200°C for 5 min with some olive oil, salt and pepper
- Add slices of brie and grill everything for 5 more minutes at 210°C
- Cut some pear slices. Cook them in butter on medium heat
- Take the bruschetta out of the oven. Add the pear and make little roses from the Ganda ham slices
- Top it off with some honey and parsley
Baked potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- Small potatoes
- Sour cream
- Ganda ham
- Chives
- Parsley
- Butter
RECIPE
- Bake the potatoes at 220°C in the oven for 30 min or until they’re ready. Let them cool off
- Take a small spoon and hollow out the potatoes. Keep the insides and mix it with some butter, salt, pepper, sour cream, chopped Ganda ham, chives and parsley
- Put the mixture back into the potatoes. Cook them for 10 more minutes at 180°C
- Add some sour cream on top (mix it with chives, salt and pepper) and some more Ganda ham
Brugse coppa goat cheese bites
INGREDIENTS
- Brugse coppa
- Le Larry fresh goat cheese
- Pistachios
- Honey
RECIPE
- Chop up some pistachios into small pieces and mix this with small pieces of coppa
- Roll small balls from the goat cheese and coat the with the mixture. Do this by gently pressing the balls into the mixture. Sometimes it helps to roll the balls in your hands with the mixture
